Back by popular demand, the impressive Longhorns make an appearance during the show as the pioneering settlers move west in search of new lands. For most guests, this is the closest they will come to these magnificent animals.

Stampede offers two shows in one – one-of-a-kind pre-show entertainment and a full-scale arena spectacular with a talented cast of performers, costumed servers, singing and dancing, trick riding with an impressive stable of 32 horses, and the spectacular “Roman Ride of Fire!” Guests are expected to bring a hearty appetite with them as they will be served Stampede’s traditional four-course feast.

Innovative new lighting technology brings the main arena backdrop to life and features a stunning tribute to the Great Smoky Mountains.

Please arrive an hour before show time to stroll the beautiful horsewalk, and enjoy the side-splitting comedy and bluegrass and country music of Stampede’s house band during the pre-show.

The Four Course Feast includes:
  • Whole Rotisserie Chicken

  • Hickory Smoked Barbecued Pork Loin

  • Stampede's Original Creamy Vegetable Soup

  • Scrumptious Homemade Biscuit

  • Hot Buttered Corn on the Cob

  • Tasty Herb-basted Potato

  • Stampede's very own Specialty Dessert

  • Unlimited Coca-Cola, tea or coffee

In November and December, Dolly Parton’s Stampede transforms into a holiday celebration including a live Nativity, with three kings atop camels, holiday music, a visit from Santa and a four-course yuletide feast.

Stampede Dinner Attractions operate in two popular vacation destinations: Pigeon Forge, Tennessee and Branson, Missouri. They also operate Dolly Parton’s Smoky Mountain Adventures in Pigeon Forge, and Pirates Voyage in Myrtle Beach, S.C.

It had been over 30 years since we were there. Our kids were small. Now as senior citizens we decided to go just for ourselves and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Probably more than before because we could just kick back and enjoy the food and show instead of keeping up with the children. Everything was terrific! The performance was excellent and kept moving with loads of variety in the acts. The servers kept the food coming with great expertise. Highly recommend folks take the time to enjoy this activity. You won't regret it.

"Dixie Stampede...not anymore!"
February, 2018 NEW
We have always enjoyed this show, never gotten tired of the food or entertainment and the patriotic theme. Until now, we are so incredibly disappointed that Dolly caved over the liberals that are literally trying to destroy our history and changed the name of her show. When the Emcee came out and used say "Welcome to the Dixie Stampede" it was just what started the entire show, it gave a since of pride and heritage to the atmosphere. Not planning on going back, Sorely disappointed!

"Excellent Experience at the Stampede"
February, 2018 NEW
Many of our friends have told us this was the best show they have ever seen. We thought we needed to go see this and so we booked the tickets to celebrate my husbands birthday. We were surprised and delighted by the talent, the show, the livestock and the entertainment. We could not believe we have this type of show so close to us. It was awesome!

"Good show and good food."

My family and I had a good time. We’ve been to several dinner shows and this one is probably my favorite so far. The food was what you would expect from a dinner show. The service was on point. If you like watching people do tricks on horseback, you’ll like this show. And afterwards, they’ll let you pet the horses.

The show was great ,very funny. If you have a sensitive nose watch out there is the slight smell of horse dung, even before the show started. The food was a little dry but the service was great. But we would go back, the kids loved it, very interactive.
