We stopped here on a road trip so we could do the Smokies. The carpet in our room was wet. The staff didn't seem concerned. The website said there was a restaurant on site serving breakfast. There wasn't - it only opened at weekends. Gatlinburg is just a huge themepark. We were glad we were only staying one night.

"Hotel is run down I do not suggest this place"

I booked a scrapbook weekend retreat 4 days there and when I viewed the property prior to my event a year before the sales staff did not show me the run down rooms. My bathroom door was rotten and tore apart at bottom shower curtain holes in it, Tub was nasty/dingy needs good hard core scrubbing to get dirt out. Hotel rooms were just old and nasty all together. Meeting room internet did not work they added router to room still was sketchy service for internet and sales staff never checked on me. Hotel clerk rung up wrong charges for another stay when I authorized payment on my account charged customer so customer paid twice. They still do not care. Do not waste your time going unless you know it's horrible but good prices when there. $69 a night I thought was just my group rate. They showed me the nicer rooms with fireplaces when I viewed the property.

"Good location, fair room"

The people were friendly .Our room wasn't ready on time so they up graded us to a room with a fireplace. The room was clean but the curtains were very worn. There were cobwebs in the corners, dusty cabinets and old counter tops. The air conditioning was leaking in the walkway and they only had one elevator. While wating for our room we saw tons of garbage outside a building. There was only one pool not two like the pics show. The best part was the location and the view from the balcony( facing the river).

"Very Spacious Room"

We requested for a pet-friendly room. The room is very spacious, has a balcony looking over the river. We saw ducks swimming by. So close to the river, we can fish from our balcony. The room looks old but clean. The only comment I have, their pet-friendly room is carpeted and per their policy you'll be charged with any damages incurred in the room plus non-refundable per fee $170/stay.

"Decent but not great"

I stayed here with my daughter as part of a group and the location is great. The room was very spacious and relatively clean. The front desk staff seemed hurried and annoyed by our group. The restaurant had terribly slow service, staff who answered questions with "I don't know" and breakfast that is subpar. It was not horrible, but I probably wouldn't stay again.
