"Great experience!"
September, 2018
Me and my husband have never used a website that had a bundle package for trip before. It made things easier and our overall experience was great! Our hotel was clean and the staff was great!

"Decent rooms, close to all attractions!"
July, 2018
Rooms were small but clean. We had two lights out in the bathroom and sink area which made it very difficult to get ready. Breakfast was by far the worst we have experienced. Free "hot breakfast" included bagels, stale donuts and fruit cocktail swimming in some strange colored juice. We did not expect anything fancy, since breakfast was complimentary, but some protein options, fresh fruit and a waffle maker would have made a huge difference!

Angry that I was checking in, that was the attitude of the staff. It seemed like everything you could ask for was a problem

I'm not one to write scathing reviews... However, this place deserves one. To give it a fair review I will list the pro's: -it had a good location (minus the extremely steep hill you had to climb to get to it), -it was away from the parkway enough to be quiet, -the place was dated but clean, -it had an adequate breakfast (not great but it was okay). Now the con's: -the walls were really thin (you could hear everything from every direction), -the curtain did not fit the window so it let in tons of light, -the fridge didn't work (and apparently that was true in other rooms because we ran into others in the elevator with the same problem), -the towels were really old and very rough -the mattress and pillows were hard -and the largest issue IT DID NOT MAKE ME FEEL SAFE. My party consisted of two females traveling alone. We checked in, brought our things in, and thank goodness took our purses and money with us when we left to go see a show. We placed a do not disturb sign on the door and checked to make sure the door was locked before we left. We returned a few hours later to find our room unlocked and the door ajar several inches. It was clearly unlocked by a staff member (because a key to another room would not have unlocked our door), whom the desk clerk downstairs agreed had no reason to enter our room because it was already cleaned and there was a do not disturb sign on the door. They assured me I could speak with a manager the next day. I checked at 10 am the next day and the manager wasn't there yet and apparently by 5:30 was already gone when we returned. We had taken all of our valuables and locked them in the trunk of our car because we did not feel safe leaving them there. We discussed it throughout the day and decided we didn't want to stay someplace we didn't feel safe. They refused to refund our 2nd nights stay or offer any type of compensation for what happened and defended their staff against being thieves. I pointed out it wasn't just the fact that their staff opened our door and left it opened, it's the fact that anyone walking by could have entered the room and stolen everything we had (which by the way there are signs everywhere stating that the hotel is not responsible for stolen items) and being two females a male could have easily hidden in our room and attacked us when we returned. It was a major safety issue....not only to us but to our belongings as well. The staff agreed but pointed to a sign on the wall that they didn't give refunds. This was while the other staff member that was checking me out played on his phone. I didn't feel like it was taken seriously at all and all they could say was that they wrote it in their log book. I told them before I left that I was very displeased and that I would never return to that hotel again. I definitely do not recommend it.

If you are looking for a Ritz Carlton keep looking. Looking for an economical place in the heart of Pigeon forge with easy access to everything and breathtaking views form the deck this is the place. the room was clean and safe. The staff was extremely friendly and cordial. the breakfast was adequate... not a four course meal but served the purpose. room was a little tight but was not expecting a lot to begin with. The place is a little dated but was clean and everything worked fine for me... this is my second time staying here four years apart and had a fine experience each time

This is by far the WORSE HOTEL I’ve EVER stayed at!!!! We went to check in an HOUR AFTER we were supposed to, our room wasn’t ready. So we left and did a few things came back TWO HOURS later and IT STILL WASN’T DONE! I had payed extra for a jacuzzi room so I asked if we could get a percentage off for the inconvenience. I mean that’s the least they could have done since it was THERE HOURS AFTER check in. The lady said she would ask her manager and get back to me. Of course she never did and when I went to ask her she just ignored me and pretended like I wasn’t there! I know it’s hard to keep things on a schedule; however, THREE HOURS AFTER CHECK IN is ridiculous when you’re paying almost $170 to stay there!

We came here on vacation booked it for 12 nights, requested first floor, had to pay at booking with no refunds. Upon arrival we were told we couldn't have 1st floor for that many days so we had to take 2nd floor, there were only 5 to 7 cars in parking lot for the first 3 nights (?). The rooms were very small, small beds, pillows hard as rocks, the second day came in found roaches on the beds asked them to spray the room, the third day the toilet overflowed flooded the entire bathroom called told them was told to come get plunger and towels to clean it up so I went down to desk got plunger, towels and laundry cart and came back up and cleaned it up myself and plunged the toilet and got it working properly myself. Ugh. The next night roaches again reported it again . Everyday I had to makeup our own beds, housekeeping would leave clean towels, empty trash and that's it but always left their tip envelope in plain sight , I gave tips , after 8 nights I got mad because they didn't even pick up dirty towels or leave towels on that day I went to front desk and complained that not once in 8 days had they changed sheets made beds left toilet paper, I had to ask for toilet paper three times.this is day 9 we will see . I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
