"A Delightful Place To Stay In The Smokies"
November, 2015
Our stay at Gatlinburg Town Square made us feel like we were right at home. The people were so nice and helpful. They were always trying to make us aware of the things that were available to us ; but not being pushy about it. The atmosphere was great! It was a nice family-oriented place with occasional wildlife slipping in to view., which was nice. It was somewhat secluded but in walking distance to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, etc. Yet you still had your own privacy. The room was very clean and well maintained. The cost was very affordable and the packages you can purchase with your stay are very good deals. I am very pleased with Gatlinburg Town Square and I will definitely be returning! I've never met any nicer people than in Tennessee and that's why I keep returning!

When we were checking g into hotel we were told out room was rented out in error. They gave us a amazing upgrade, balcony, fireplace, bigger room and creekside. Each morni g we sat out and listened to creek babble. Do peaceful. The place was gorgeous! Walki g distance to food and entertainment. We brought coolers and they even had room service bring us ice for our day trips. Just a splendid stay!
Tip: They have kitchens get those room and cook your own meals. Try for creek side!!!

"Great Experience"
October, 2015
The check in was easy and quick. The room was better than we expected. We got an upgrade on the room we stayed in which had a kitchenette with pots and pans and a full set of dishes. It was completely unexpected. The resort had wonderful amenities and a great indoor pool. Just a short walk to the main strip. we were very happy with our stay and plan to return and will definitely use reservegatlinburg.com again.
Tip: Prepare to walk alot or pay for parking.

"Great stay at a Great rate!"
July, 2015
Booking with reservegatlinburg.com was a breeze, and the rate was incredible. Check in at Gatlinburg Town Square was quick and easy, and the resort surprised us with a free, room upgrade. Parking is a bit tight, so be prepared for that. It's a pleasant, downhill walk to downtown. If the incline is too much walking back up the hill, there is a trolley stop at the entrance to the resort. We took full advantage of the all-day, trolley wristband. Overall, we could not have been any happier with our stay.

We loved the location. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and stocked. The rates were also reasonable. It was a quiet condo with good amenities. I would stay here again. Just wish our trip would have been longer!

The room was listed as a suite, but was tiny. No room between the bed and the hot tub. It wasn't terrible and we were at the very end with no one in the room beside us, so it was quite. Can't say the same for the pools though. Didn't like the check in process as they try to "sell" you on their sales pitch. If we were to stay again I would prefer another, larger room. That if is a big one. No linen service unless you swap you dirty towels yourself between 9-4 which isn't that bad, just guess we are use to staying at a place where you have clean towels every day. It was in a good location the one positive I have.

I took my wife here for our 20th anniversary. We wanted something with privacy that was clean, private, and nice. This was our first trip without children in 15 years, and the Gatlinburg Town Square Resort was perfect.

The room was clean but small, we were guests of the resort there for 2 nights so perhaps we weren't given the best room. We asked for a third night but the price is quite high, so we stayed somewhere else. The free wireless internet didn't function either day so bring your own (I always travel with my own because I can't exist without it. We stayed at the Exploria Resort in Orlando and there we had a full size kitchen and appliances etc.

"1st impression of Exploria was NOT GOOD."

Just returned from Gatlinburg Town Square. We are owners here and have stayed many times with no problems. Sadly this past trip wasn't as good, the first room we were assigned was dirty, socks from previous guests left on dinning room table, candy smashed in carpet and end tables were filthy. They did move us to a different room with much better results. The real problem began at the hospitality center when they told us we could get free tickets to Ripley's aquarium if we sat through an informational session with the new resort owner Exploria. Informational session was a sales pitch (Beware). We sat through the sales pitch for 1.5 hours and then were told we couldn't get the free aquarium tickets due to a technicality. Our salesperson Keith was a disaster, Don James and the front desk lady Ally were rude and questioned our integrity, like we were trying to scam them out of the tickets. WE OWN HERE. This episode left a very bad impression of Exploria. Keep this in mind before you go to their sales pitch. We did get the tickets after I took down the names of the people I dealt with, before that those tickets were impossible for the staff to get. We were being played the whole time. The Exploria experience also includes a $67 cleaning fee! For a dirty room. Incredible. Not sure if I will return here again.
