"Terrible experience at topjump 😡"

Went to too jump with family and boy friend and the lady’s that work there started yelling at my 2 year old sister constantly and telling her she couldn’t sit take a break or stand for a second. Then she told us we have to take her out because there was to many people jumping on the big kids area. They told us that she was too small and that she wasn’t allowed. Then the lady watching and told us we better leave. My mom said no because we paid $15.99 for a 2 year old and the lady called my step mom f****ing crazy and the manager got in my face and my 2 year old sisters face and my moms to the point where she was spitting on my face. And I asked her nicely to back and she got closer. Her and the other lady started laughing and getting loud so we left. The lady had to give us back our money. But definitely was a terrible experience. WILL NEVER BE BACK. Nasty place, not clean, trashy coworkers and crappy customer service. Way to expensive especially for a two year old. And plus after they gave us our money back the continued to talk crap about my mother and us and was laughing and not helping other customers. Other people were around and was very embarrassing.

The staff was friendly, professional. They had our order timed just right to be piping hot as soon as our jump time was over. The wall climb station was really nice and laid out well. The sweet lady at the Ninja warrior course was very encouraging! My family loved it. Looks like they are in the process of building a virtual reality station too. Well worth the money. If you can, try to get discount tickets at your hotel to help offset the cost. Even the safety video was good for my kids to see.
