Hannah’s Maze of Mirrors

Outbreak: Dread the Undead
Can you save the world from a dangerous viral outbreak without being exposed yourself?! Chemacorp might have meant well with Alpha Strain, but the gene-altering substance turns humans into zombies. Their experiment-gone-awry has turned test subjects into throngs of the undead—and their testing facility into ground zero for a zombie apocalypse! You'll shriek your way through the ransacked biotech lab, morgue, and rotting basement. The challenge? Rid the world of Alpha Strain, or, at least, make it out alive (and screaming)!

This was a fun trip and worth getting tickets ahead of time. Loved that you could pose with any of the figures and they provided props for each one. We loved it and will visit again.

"Attitude problem!"
August, 2016
I recently brought my two kids to the wax museum and purchased my tickets online. Upon arrival, the manager had to go to the back to print something regarding our purchase. He treated me like crap. I will not return. There is no rhyme or reason to the process and it's chaotic at best. Perhaps a little clean up in the management department is in order.

This was our first time visit to a wax museum. It was actually at nicer than I thought. Some of the figures were not quit accurate and one was missing a hand ! But all in all it was nice place to go My kids and us adults also loved taking pictures with the different stars.

"Hollywood wax museum"

We enjoyed this very much. There are a lot of wax dummies here. I swear the dummies look so real they look like they could really talk to you when you look at them. They are that real looking. This is another must see places if visiting in the area. And the kids/ adult to if you want to can try on things hanging ( Props) by a lot of the dummies so you can sit beside them and you can take your picture. My favorite was Elvis Presley.

Had an excellent time! So many celebrities! They provide props for almost every single stop. That way you can make yourself a part of your favorite movie/TV show! Some of the wax figures are a little older, but still look great. The newer ones are spot on! The one thing I'll say is that I would probably pass on going up to the roof to see King Kong. It's pretty difficult to get a decent photo with him considering the angle he's at. Now, if you pay for it, via a package deal or All Access, then by all means get your moneys worth and go up to see Kong. If you're wanting an actual photo with Kong there's half sculpture on the main floor at the very beginning. However, you'll have to pay for this one ($20 if I remember correctly). That's really the only downside to it. You can also get the all access pass for roughly $10 more that comes with extra attractions that are next door. Which isn't bad, especially if you have kids and want to find something to take up most of your day.

The wax figures looked so realistic it was almost scary at times. It was fun to be able to take pictures with the figures and use props that were provided. There was also some interactive tables that you could find out even more information about the stars. It was definitely a fun experience.

Hope that you visit on a slow day. If there are lots of cars in the parking lot, come back another time. Most of the exhibits are very close together. That said, many of them included props and you can pose right next the wax figure of your favorite star. I'm a real sucker for wax museums. Most of the figures looked very good though the lighting on a few made them look rather fake. A friend and I did the entire museum in about an hour on a slow day and had quite a few laughs. It's expensive, though. $23 per person before modest discounts found in guide books and that was just for the wax museum.
