Does Heartland Cabin Rentals have a minimum age required for check-in?
Guests must be at least 21, and have ID, in order to check-in.
What is your check-in procedure at Heartland Cabin Rentals?
The office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00am until 6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am until 5:00pm and the office is closed on Sunday. Regular Check-In begins at 4:00pm each day and continues until the office closes. If you are arriving after hours or if you are arriving on Sunday please call the office for instructions on where your package will be located. The package will include directions to your rental and keys to your rental. Contact information will be provided on your E-Ticket after reservations are made.
Does Heartland Cabin Rentals charge any resort fees or cleaning fees?
All of the cabins have a cleaning fee, which in non-refundable. This fee is for sterilizing the hot tubs, Jacuzzi's, bathrooms, bed linens, floors and kitchens.The three bedroom cabin has a one-time cleaning fee of $90.20; the four bedroom cabin has a one-time cleaning fee of $112.75; and the five bedroom cabin has a one-time cleaning fee of $146.58.
Do you charge for cribs or rollaways?
