It was an ok stay. The beds are clean but the bathroom is tiny and toilets were hard to flush.
Tip: Don't expect the Hilton but it was ok for the price

"average accommodations good service"

It was an okay place to stay for an inexpensive getaway with my small children. No complaints and lower rating is only because the hotel is a bit dated, but for the price it is a good value!
Tip: Bring decent walking shoes and you are in great shape with the location of this hotel

"Awesome time"
Reviewed February, 2015
I took my two sons and I to this place and it was unbelievable. We had a great time with an unbelievable view of Tennessee. It was very close to everything and the staff was very friendly. Overall I'm definitely giving this a 10!
Tip: When they say your check in time is 3 PM they mean 3 PM. Which is good because it means they take their time to get the room clean and ready for you.

The room was older but very clean! One of the cleanest we've stayed in! The price was very reasonable & very close to downtown shopping! Fridge didn't really keep things very chilled & pool looked dirty however; we wern't planning on swimming. We definitely will be staying here again!

For a quick, cheap getaway hotel this fits the bill nicely. Good location, easy walk to downtown, fine beds, fine microwave, refrig, shower, etc. nothing fancy, it was clean, and a great price. I was more than please.

"HOME AWAY FROM HOME"

We've stayed here MANY times and with every stay, the experience has been fantastic. The staff are so very nice and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure your stay is a pleasant stay. I'd made my reservations online through another booking agency for this particular stay for 4 nights. When I called regarding another stay. After that was taken care of, the gentleman recognized the name and stated they'd see me that weekend for our 1 night stay. I advised that it was for 4 nights. After he researched it, it was found the only information sent over to them was for 1 night. Fortunately, he took it upon himself to find a way to get us in for all 4 nights since the hotel was completely booked. My personal opinion is they should not have had to pay the agency for handling their bookings but that's just me. LOL. We left every morning and came back every night to a clean room. All the cleaning staff made it a point to say hello and smile. That is good service!

"Clean, but dated"
TripAdvisor user rating 4 out of 5
Reviewed April 13, 2016 NEW

Like many hotels in Gatlinburg, this one is old. The hotel definitely screams "dated", but it was clean and the staff was friendly. The bathroom is tiny and the toilet is very low to the ground, so be aware. The location is convenient to downtown and the aquarium and our room had 2 fridges, so bringing snacks and drinks was easy. We will likely stay here on future visits.

"Exactly what you pay for........."

Nothing fancy here, however, super location and super price. Shower head only about 5 feet off the ground in tub, other than that, everything worked, it was a little noisy from passing cars, not recommended for light sleepers. Served its purpose well.
