"So close to everything"

The staff was so pleasant. This motor inn is well kept, a 3 minute walk to downtown Gatlinburg, and very friendly. A great value! We will be staying here again.
Tip: Rooms come equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker

It was an ok stay. The beds are clean but the bathroom is tiny and toilets were hard to flush.
Tip: Don't expect the Hilton but it was ok for the price

I enjoyed taking my family here, we wasn't far from the fun and ctivities. I enjoyed the scenory in the morning, no one bothered us either, they also have two pools which was nice as well.
Tip: They don't have a complimentary breakfeast but close places to eat...

"average accommodations good service"

It was an okay place to stay for an inexpensive getaway with my small children. No complaints and lower rating is only because the hotel is a bit dated, but for the price it is a good value!
Tip: Bring decent walking shoes and you are in great shape with the location of this hotel

"Awesome time"

I took my two sons and I to this place and it was unbelievable. We had a great time with an unbelievable view of Tennessee. It was very close to everything and the staff was very friendly. Overall I'm definitely giving this a 10!
Tip: When they say your check in time is 3 PM they mean 3 PM. Which is good because it means they take their time to get the room clean and ready for you.

This place is clean. It's not a national chain, it's a mom and pop place, family owned and family ran. The owner checked me in, he's a veteran as so am I. We immediately hit it off. This place was built in the 1980's, it's not a national chain but to be a small family owned motel that's about 30yrs old, it's a wonderful hotel. It's clean, I few safe here, it's close, I mean C L O S E to the strip. Right at traffic light 6, just up the street, maybe 3 blocks. Rooms (double queen) are 67 bucks plus tax. I know that price may make ya have second thoughts but believe me THIS PLACE IS CLEAN. It's a nice little hotel. I'd recommend it to anyone. No, it's not the Hilton. Don't come here expecting all the bells and whistles. It's a hotel, its clean, its a place to sleep.

I found this motel on booking.com for a wonderful price. It's such a nice quaint place!! Front desk staff were amazing and so kind. Room was very clean. You could not ask for anything better for the price! The location was so close to the Parkway but far enough away to be peaceful. We sat outside in the evening and could hear the tree frogs. I will definitely be back.

"Great family owned motel with wonderful location"

My wife and I stayed here on our four night stay in Gatlinburg. We picked it because it waa in a great location and at a decent price and I also liked that it was family owned. I believe some of the rooms are more updated than others. Our room was in need of some updating and repairs but the mattress was firm and comfortable. The room was clean and included free wifi. The bathroom was a but on the small side however. Our friends had a room that looked like it has been renovated and was more up to date. The motel is in a great location and in walking distance of the strip in Gatlinburg and very close to the roaring fork motor nature trail. The owner sees med nice and was friendly and made us feel welcome. We will get back the next time we are in town but will ask for an updated room if available.

Yes this is an older motel but our room was clean. It appears to be American owned. The bathroom is small but for $80 a night and only using it for a sleeping place it is perfect. Great location to walk right in to town. We will definitely stay here again.

"Close to Parkway"

the only reason i'm giving 3 stars is due to the location, Parkway was an extremely short walk from this hotel, and we were visited by a big beautiful black bear in the parking lot. Otherwise, and maybe we were spoiled by great hotels during the rest of our trip, the room wasn't anything great. the bed was ok, the couch had stains...the tip for the housekeeper was still laying on the table from whoever had our room last. We were only staying in this hotel one night, and honestly in Gatlinburg all you really need is a place to sleep and shower...It was a big room, weird layout...woke up to a cockroach dead on the floor in the...sink/fridge/closet room. Maybe we were just tossed in a bad room, other reviews of this hotel make it seem a lot better than what we saw!!
