Poor wifi, bad odor and very old beds. Also felt like other customers were treated like they were "more important."

"clean but musky"
July, 2016
Actually the room was clean but it had an odor. We stayed in a suite. The person running the office was friendly and anything we needed he took care of. The pool was small but clean. I just had a problem with the room having a musky smell. It would have been nice to have a microwave.

"Our stay at the Landmark!"
October, 2015
Our stay at the Landmark was a nice stay. The room was real nice and roomy, lots of space to move around in. The view from the balcony was of the river and we seen lots of ducks and birds. Will stay their again.
Tip: Bring your camera because it a beautiful place to be and see!

This motel has been around for years and has been a very economical and good place to stay. If I have ever had problems they were always very quick to correct them. Remodel has really helped to upgrade the rooms. Nice small pool.

We enjoyed our stay in this charming spot on the Little Pigeon River outside of the congestion of Pigeon Forge. Reasonable ratés & comfy room with a balcony overlooking the surrounding splendor add to the value. First time in Sevierville

Room stinks like cigarettes but said never a smoking room. Towel smell the same. Burn mark on console & blanket! No bath mat or clock. Not worth the price 59.99 & 69.99 on Friday. Beds not soft. You enter from outside so really a motel not hotel. Would not give AARP discount or the 39.99 advertised on marquee.

"Nice for the price and has a balcony overlooking the river."

Had planned on camping during this trip but had to change our plans. Cruised the parkways from Sevierville to Pigeon Forge and checked out various motels along the way. Had some difficulties in finding a room because of the holiday weekend. Decided that Landmark was our best option. Our room was large with a table, 2 chairs, 2 queen beds, a table between the beds, a credenza with flat screen TV, and a fridge. Vanity area was spacious. Excellent water pressure in the shower, plenty of towels but there is no blow dryer for guests to use. The back balcony overlooks the river; there are 2 chairs and a small table. Motel is an older one with dated bedspreads but that is normal for many older motels across the country. The room was extremely clean. Motel has coffee in the lobby but doesn't offer breakfast which is fine since we usually go out to eat breakfast when we travel. Do wish there was a microwave in the room. If it had been warmer we would have used the pool. Would definitely stay at Landmark again.

Excellent priced rooms for the times and dates I stayed. Highly recommended and although a little dated I have stayed at newer motels In worse shape and dirtier. Walking distance to 4 restaurants, and a service station.Beds are comfortable enough.
