"We will stay again"
October, 2017
We stayed for 2 days rooms were clean plenty of towels front desk very accommodating. Loved the price we will definitely stay there again. We were able to walk to restaurants and there was a KMart close we were able to walk to to get a few things. The only negative thing I can say is there was no microwave. We loved our view from the back balcony ducks and horses what a beautiful scenery

"Terrible"

The room smelled really bad, WI_FI was extremely slow. Most of all the woman at the front desk was very rude, She does not need to working with the public. I will never stay here again

Poor wifi, bad odor and very old beds. Also felt like other customers were treated like they were "more important."

"clean but musky"
July, 2016
Actually the room was clean but it had an odor. We stayed in a suite. The person running the office was friendly and anything we needed he took care of. The pool was small but clean. I just had a problem with the room having a musky smell. It would have been nice to have a microwave.

Our stay at the Landmark was a nice stay. The room was real nice and roomy, lots of space to move around in. The view from the balcony was of the river and we seen lots of ducks and birds. Will stay their again.

This place left a lot to be desired. Our tv didn't work. It was late when we discovered it so we didn't bother the staff about it. The beds were very uncomfortable. The room had a strong cleaner smell which bothered all of our sinuses. The room was clean though. Bathroom was clean. Staff was very friendly. A little pricey but it was spring break week. I've stayed in worse. If the beds were more comfortable I would've given a better rating.

It's was clean and cheap but that's about all I can say. The beds are as old as I am and the chairs are older. I'm 6' tall and the shower hit me in the chest. I've stayed in worse places than this but I won't stay here again and I had no choice this time everything else was booked or 200 bucks a night. Ohhh yeah the tv didn't work at all either.

Needed a cheap place for a night after driving through a snow storm. Found this place. Room needed updating, remote didn’t work and shower only trickled water. Setting behind hotel was beautiful. Noisy loud cation as well.

My husband and I were on our way to see family in West Virginia and wanted to stop off for the night in Pigeon forge and rest. I couldn't believe how much the rooms were!! So we drove for a couple of more miles to Severville, and found this gem!! It is American owned and had the sweetest staff. The rooms are very clean and when you hit the balcony you see the river and tons of ducks!! I loved feeding them and watching the otters in the river with the horse pasture across the river!! Beautiful!! We just loved this place, we even stopped on the way home the next week for a 2 night stay. I would recommend for families and couples, I think we will try the hot tub rooms out next time☺️
