We were in Pigeon Forge for a BlueGreen Resorts preview, and they placed us at a cabin in Eagles Ridge to stay. Depending on what you want, the location was great. It was literally just off the parkway in Pigeon Forge, but you would never know it. Once you wandered through a neighborhood of regular homes, you enter the Eagles Ridge property, which is all cabins. It is quiet and peaceful, although not up on a mountain at all, so there is no view. If you're in the Smokies for the view, this isn't your spot. But if you want peace and quiet but not a 30 min drive up and down a mountain to go eat or visit the park, this is great. The cabin was spacious enough for six of us (I forget which cabin we stayed in) and had a hot tub on the deck. House was nicely decorated and clean with a decent amount of dishes, pots, etc. to get through our stay. The property manager came daily to take our garbage, which was great. Other properties aren't that attentive to you. Hot tub didn't have any directions, and it took awhile to figure out how to raise and lower the temperature and turn off the jets, etc. That would be a nice addition - to leave some instructions. But the tub was a nice one with plenty of room. There was a grill on the deck, although we didn't use it. My only negative, if there is one, is that this really isn't a "resort" - there was no common area with a pool or other activities. You get a cabin, that's it. If you have a family with children and are looking for pool, playground, or pool tables etc. inside, this isn't a good group for you. We had teenagers with us, and they went outside and found a spot on the road to throw the football and play hacksack, etc. The only other bummer for the kids was no WiFi, although we were picking up a signal from somewhere off and on, but not from the cabin itself.

Fantastic cabin! Clean, lots of room, great hot tub!!! We had so much fun playing pool and relaxing after long days of going to shows and attractions. Would definitely be back! 3 floors, 6 rooms, pool table, hot tub, bathroom for each bedroom, what more could we ask for??

Sad to say but I can't remember the cabin we stayed in. It was quaint and private as it could be, with minimal cabins around to look in from back end. Was a wonderful stay, very clean. Not far from everything in Gatlinburg to Pigeon Forge. We shopped, laughed, gambled at Harrahs and went to a cute little bar in Gatlinburg called Hogs Place former Hogs and Honeys. If you go there ask for a little shot named "little beer" very tasty and pretty sure they are famous for it. Beds were wonderful, have everything you need in this cabin. I want to say it was Eagles Pointe but not sure. Had a sign on the front porch that said Welcome House I believe. I would go again for sure.
ESA, a community service organization, has their annual convention at Eagles Ridge, making use of various size cabins and the club house. The club house kitchen is generously equipped for preparing large meals. The cabins are always clean. The reservation staff is knowledgeable of all the properties and helpful as you make your cabin reservation.
