Rented a Cabin for 3 couples for Valentines Day Weekend and it was great. The cabin was clean, had plenty of room, & the location was perfect. I could not have asked for anything more and the price was unbelivable for all that you get.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Eagles Ridge Resort over this past weekend. The amenities exceeded expectations and the cabin was exceptionally clean. The reservation and arrival staff were very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a wonderful lodging experience in the Sevier County community.

"Cabin #19 Fryemont"

This is our first time staying at Eagles Ridge and we loved it. Cabin #19, Fryemont, was secluded and peaceful but was an extremely quick, convenient trip to Pigeon Forge (just about a mile away). It is located off the end of Eagles Ridge Way and if you just type 'Eagles Ridge Way' into Google Maps, it will route you to the clubhouse and you can follow the road to its end and see where the cabin is located. (We didn't get a chance to check out the clubhouse and the public pool and hot tub there was closed for winter.) The pictures on the website don't do the cabin #19 justice; the cabin and rooms are much larger than the photos make them appear. It was exceedingly clean (I always take Clorox wet wipes and wipe down surfaces throughout just to see/make sure, and I actually stopped, because the place was just that clean). There are several deck areas. The weather was cold when we were there but the outside furniture appeared brand new (metal) and we sat and enjoyed ourselves as much as the weather permitted. The hot tub was great (though we did end up calling maintenance and ask them to increase the temperature for us - we couldn't figure out how to do that). They took care of it incredibly fast (we called while we were gone - for about an hour and a half - and by the time we got back, the temperature was significantly higher and perfect. The family room was MUCH roomier than the photos made it seem and the furniture was new, comfy and clean. I loved the convenience of the gas fireplace. The kitchen area was smaller, but there was a large table that comfortably seated 8. The upstairs bedroom, off of the family room, was roomy and comfy and has its own private balcony. (We didn't use the heart-shaped tub, but it was also very clean.) The other two bedrooms are downstairs. One has 2 queen sized beds and is much larger than the photos make it seem. The second downstairs bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a pull-out couch and is also much roomier than the photos make it seem. There were plenty of extra blankets but the heating was so good throughout the unit, we didn't need any. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. While they may not have been spa-like, they were sufficient and very clean. There were new soaps in each bathroom, but no shampoos and be sure to BYO hairdryer. Towels were also provided. (There was also a washer and dryer downstairs but we didn't use it.) The balcony off the downstairs is where the hot tub is located. The hot tub was very clean-no way we'd gotten in it if it wasn't! I saw an earlier review about poor TV reception, and I can't imagine what that was about. We had no issues whatsoever. We didn't have great expectations about the free wifi, but were pleasantly surprised. Reception and speed were fantastic and with 2 teenage boys, I'm sure the wifi was working hard while we were there. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked with tons of dishes, glasses, etc. and there is a large dishwasher. The slushy maker/blender was a hit and we ended having to go to the store for various slushy/milkshake items. The kitchen came stocked with dishwashing liquid, dishwasher soap, hand towels, one roll of paper towels and rash bags (though we were glad we brought our own because theirs were a bit flimsy and we stuffed the trashcan full). There was also salt and pepper. Check-in was crazy fast (I think it may have taken us 5 minutes to park, go in, check in and head back out again) and the staff was very nice. All in all, a place we'd definitely return to again.

Can was clean, functional and above all peaceful. We had a great time at a great facility. Cabin was close to everything, yet far enough away to be peaceful. Couldn't have asked for a better trip. Loved it!

"Romantic Weekend"

We have stayed here several times in the past, so we looked again here for a weekend getaway. The cabin we stayed in was ER87, we have also stayed in this cabin before due to it being somewhat secluded. It is perfect for a couple with hot tub and jacuzzi. It is cozy and comfortable. The only issue is the business behind it can be noisy. It could also use a tv in the bedroom area. The cabins here are all relatively nice, but you will pay a $30 hot tub fee and a $90 processing fee to book these cabins. There are other cabin rentals in the area that do not have such high fees.

Pros: Excellent location – easy to get in and out of and close to the Parkway, hot water and hot tub which was up and running when we got there, spacious and private interior – three floors with one bedroom and bathroom on each. Cons: Carpet, furniture and décor needed to be updated or replaced. 5 adults for a 5 night stay with 2 Chihuahuas.
