Rented a Cabin for 3 couples for Valentines Day Weekend and it was great. The cabin was clean, had plenty of room, & the location was perfect. I could not have asked for anything more and the price was unbelivable for all that you get.

We came down for a quick two day trip to Pigeon Forge and were just taken aback at how nice the cabin was. We enjoyed our time, relaxed, and visited some site. Whole-heatedly recommend Eagle Ridge. Hope to go back.

We have stayed in several of the cabins over the last few years and it is always a perfect experience. From reservations to check-in to check-out. Everything is seamless and has always been easy. The cabins are always exactly as depicted, they are clean, comfortable, and fun.

This is our second year staying at eagle ridge. Last year we booked a two bedroom this year a three bedroom. Love the cabins. I would never stay at one of the hotels when you can have the whole cabin. Has everything you need and more. Only down side is one pool for the resort and its not very close to the cabins we stayed in. Love the hot tub. When we got here today we checked the hot tub and there was no water in it. Called the office and within 5 minutes maintenance was here to fill it up. Took a few hours to heat up but that's ok had to go get dinner anyways. They explained that after each guest checks out they drain and clean the hot tub. I'm super glad to know they do this cause you just never know. Will stay here anytime we come back.

We stayed here as part of a time-share incentive. I was nervous about the property because I assumed most of the good reviews were fake (timeshare people trying to get us to come down). I was so, so wrong. This place was beautiful. We would come back here on our own to stay. Also, the timeshare people were not trying to see us this property. The cabins are each unique with different lay-outs. They are close to each other, but you don't feel too close to your neighbors. They are about five minutes from the main strip in Pigeon Forge. There are some steep hills to climb, but you are in the Smoky Mountains, and that should be expected. The cabin was nicely appointed with lodge like furniture - large couches and chairs, wooden tables and chairs in the dining area, wooden furniture throughout. The beds were very comfortable. We had 10 bath towels for four people for three nights. I thought that was fair. There is no maid service. We didn't use the cooking supplies, but there was a nice selection of pots and pans. The pool is on the small side. It's nice, though. There is a cute, tiny baby pool, too. If we return to this area, we will choose to stay here.

The cabin was beautiful! Unfortunately the water system had a problem and sounded like a fog horn blasting during the vast majority of the first night and some of the second; not restful at all. A warning should come regarding the steep driveway and warning renters that low riding cars may have difficulty with the driveway. I was told that there was plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans were provided and we could comfortably prepare food for 6, no worries we were 4. When I called back and asked about coffee filters I was told "not provided to prevent cross contamination". On our first morning there a spatula was promptly delivered and maintenance showed up promptly. I asked about salt and pepper and was again told "not provided to prevent cross contamination". Just what does that mean? What else may promote cross contamination that I am not considering? I responded to the satisfaction survey and received a response inviting me to call to discuss it. I also asked for a refund of some sort. I returned the woman's call and she was rudy, offensive, argumentative and ready to argue at every opportunity. I manage customer service people in my career and she would have a very short career in the industry I work in. She did offer a voucher for one night free stay in the coming year. Difficult to imagine wanting to go back again.
