A very quiet and clean place to stay. A little outdated but the rooms were a great size.It was within walking distance to manyou shops and restaurants. Only bad thing is the laundry facility wasnt usable at that time.

Tip: Very convenient location with an awesome little pizza place a short walk away (Geno's). But not in the middle of all of the chaos. Went during peak season, so a little pricey, but was satisfied and had a great stay!

"stay away"

I have traveled many places here and abroad, but never have experienced anything this horrible. there were huge unidentified stains.. mold in the fridge, some one prior to us, had left a food carry out carton, and soda in the fridge... the trash can by the elevators were full for 2 days. unable to get a refund, paid in advance. this place doesn't even deserve one star... please stay far away from this place,,,

"Affordable Stay"
July, 2016
Nice place for a stay located near many area attractions and a short drive to the Smokies. I liked that it was far enough from the busy downtown area yet close enough to enjoy all of Gatlinburg. Had an issue with our first room but was quickly accommodated to another. The small seating area on the back with the river view was very relaxing. Staff was peasant and very accommodating.

"Nice affordable getaway"
July, 2015
The resort was well located, close to everything, but away from the busier part of town. Easy access to both the Smokey Mountains and Pigeon Forge attractions. Comfortable accomodations with a lovely patio overlooking a running stream. Friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was not what I had hoped for, but over all a good place to stay.

"Good place to stay !!"
July, 2015
I stayed at the brookside resort with my girlfriend and our son for our vacation . Our three nights there were great , it was quiet not too crowded. The a/c worked great, room was nice and clean. You have your own little patio with a couple chairs and a small table. It less then half a mile down the road from all the main attractions such as the Ripleys aquarium. I'd definitely book another vacation here

"Great Stay"
July, 2015
My husband and I stayed here in April. The price was awesome! The room wasn't anything spectacular but it was doable. I'm very picky when it comes to staying at hotels or anywhere other than my home. But I survived staying here! The creekside is gorgeous if you get the right angle. Very peaceful. We slept with the window open and I've never slept so good! My husband had their breakfast and said it was good. We have recommended this place to friends and family and have said to stay here again on our next vacation. Oh, and for us it was in the perfect location. Right down the road from the the Gatlinburg strip and not too far from a place we love eating at!

The resort was good. Very pleasant and recently update with different decor. We enjoyed our stay very much. The room had vaulted ceiling and skylight and a balcony over looking the river. The counter tops were stone (man made?) with a bowl of the same material.

Nice hotel, most rooms overlooking the stream, great background noise for drifting off to sleep! Good location, 10 minutes walk to the centre, trolley stop just outside the reception. Very friendly and informative reception staff. We enjoyed our stay. Cleanliness could be a bit better. Rooms are a bit tired looking.

We had a two queen room executive with fireplace. The first floor unit had a beautiful balcony overlooking the river. The room was large with plenty of space to walk. My bed was very comfortable I enjoyed it. The bathroom was standard size. The sink is nice but I would have chosen more room for toiletries over the themed sink.Parking is likely an issue when they're full. The employees I met while there were very nice and helpful.

We booked our room through hotwire , when we arrived we were told they didn't have a room for us , we called hotwire and hotwire would not refund our money by putting it back on our card ,said it would have to be mailed to us a few days later , Tried to transfer money into our account to get a room but bank was closed ,we had already paid for a room don't understand why hotwire couldn't apply it to another room , Finally after we set there on the phone in their lobby for an extended amount of time wasting our evening they come out and said they may be able to get us a room but it may be bunk beds , Didn't want a room with bunkbeds , finally found us a room , room was older outdated but clean but tub had clogged drain , Breakfast was not great but was food , Breakfast room very outdated and could use some modern touches , Felt like they just didn't want to give us a room because we booked through hotwire and they could of got more money out of it if someone walked in .
