"A Great Time!"
Reviewed July, 2015
This was definitely my favorite part of our Gatlinburg trip. The staff was super friendly and funny and made the experience so much fun! They do a good job at matching the right horse to the right person.

"scared out of my mind"
Reviewed April, 2015
I had a good time. But, I was very scared the whole time. my horse got spoked from another horse in a field he jumped the fence and charged my horse. and my horse jumped up twice on me and was spoked and was very on edge the rest of the ride. She kicked another horse in the face. I was just scared the whole time. I recommend a guide in the front and the back. I was in the very back and the guide was 12 horses in front of me and couldn't control the situtuation . Very scary. but, I understand they can't control animals I just recommend two guides on a trip
Tip: wear the helmet

"Blazing Saddles at the Stables."

The employees matched the horses up with the riders and did a great job. There was an autistic child that was along for the ride and the guides did a wonderful job. They made him feel safe and were patient. I was glad to see that they made him feel so welcomed.
Tip: There are some great pictures along the way!

"Slowest horse on the planet!"

It was fun, but my horse was VERY slow. She was old and clearly not interested in trudging through the mud that day. There were riders of all ages and it was fun activity.

"Horseback riding"

Reviewed November 03, 2015

My husband and I decided to go horseback riding and since zip lining is also offered here, chose to use this venue. Mounting and dismounting were done easily and while we did not have our children with us, several others on our ride did. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to talk to us and make us feel at ease. My husband took his camera and took several pictures on the trail. It was an enjoyable afternoon.

Animals were tired and none of my family of four had the heart to even kick them to make them go faster. The guide insisted that we kicked them and i just replied how would you like me to kick you.We visited Big Rock Dude Ranch in Pigeon Forge and for sure recommend that stables over this one.
