Dollywood is a Pigeon Forge vacation must! The park offers plenty to do for all ages. Plan on lots of walking. Make sure to get a park map and show schedule when you arrive. When you're thirsty, ask for a cup of water at any food stand. It's free!

Even if rain is in the forecast, go to Dollywood. You’ll experience shorter wait times, fewer crowds, and more chances to ride your favorite coaster or ride over and over again. We walked right onto Tennessee Tornado, Wild Eagle, and Mystery Mine!

The shows are very good, but there's a 1-2 hour wait in off season for rides. Ticket prices, parking, & food makes for an expensive day. One trip was enough for us.

"Beautiful Christmas lights, plenty to do and see."
January, 2018 NEW
I've always wanted to go to Dollywood for Christmas. This was the year for me to do since I got engaged in July, and wanted to take my fiance somewhere special. The place I've always wanted to go, but with that someone special. The parade was amazing with the beautiful lights. Anyone who loves rides...this is a dream place. Loved the concerts that were outside, wish we could have seen them all, but that's all the more reason to go back. The shops are great, the people that work there are so friendly and helpful. There's so much to do and see for all ages. Will go again. Thanks to Dollywood...I felt Christmas once again.

Dollywood is a reduced Southern version of Disney World. The shows were entertaining. We are retired so a lot of the rides didn't appeal to us. The food was way over priced.

"Boring and disappointing...will never go back"
August, 2016
With exception of the few water rides and two roller coasters, there are better and more rides at the state fair. Dollywood is okay for little kids and the elderly. My family did not enjoy Dollywood at all. Way over priced disappointment. Should have gone to the fair.

My husband and I love going here. We actually have a season pass now. It is so much fun. Makes you feel like a kid again. Love the bubble show and the people that work there are so nice. Could not ask for a better place for family and friends to get together and enjoy themselves.

"Dolly wood is the best"
TripAdvisor user rating 5 out of 5

Dolly wood has a more personal touch than other large parks. Lines are nothing like the other parks I've been too, I was able to ride multiple times without waiting hours . The food is amazing . I've been going for many years so the price is much higher than it used to be but comparable still I guess.

Does Dollywood offer package pick-up?
Yes, instead of carrying your purchases around, please take advantage of our convenient and complimentary Package Pickup service. Any items purchased in our merchandise shops will be delivered to the Dollywood Emporium for you to pick up as you exit the park at the end of your day. Let the merchandise host know that you’d like to use Package Pickup. You’ll receive a card indicating the time your item(s) will be ready. Simply proceed to the Dollywood Emporium to the Package Pickup counter where your item(s) will be waiting! Package Pickup is offered on purchases made prior to two hours before park closing. For your convenience, Package Pickup is staffed until park closing.

What are the parking fees at Dollywood?
Fees vary, depending on vehicle type. Please visit Dollywood.com for details.

Are coolers or outside food or drink allowed at Dollywood?
No, after careful consideration of park policies across the nation, consultation with health and safety experts and much consideration of the welfare of our guests and employees alike, we are unable to allow coolers, food or drinks into Dollywood. Although we do not allow food or drink to be brought into the Park, Dollywood offers a wide variety of delicious foods available at our restaurants and snack vendors. (Special dietary needs should be addressed with the Foods Office prior to arrival at 865-428-9428.) However, if you would like to eat elsewhere or must leave for any reason during the day, remember to get your hand stamped and keep your admission ticket, then you can return later that same day. Dollywood does not have picnic areas at the park, but if you would like to picnic somewhere, the Smoky Mountains National Park is a great place to visit.

Can I leave the park and return that same day?
Yes. You will need to have your hand stamped at the exit at the Dollywood Emporium. Keep your ticket so it can be scanned when you return.

Are strollers available for rent?
A limited number of single and double strollers are available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis. Single strollers and double strollers are available to rent for an additional fee.

What items are prohibited at the park?

What is the smoking policy at Dollywood?
If you smoke, please utilize the many designated smoking areas indicated on the Park Map. Smoking is strictly forbidden on all rides, queue lines, indoor theaters, attractions, shops, and restaurants.

Are baby changing and nursing stations available at the park?

There are also nursing stations available at the restrooms in Country Fair, Jukebox Junction, Market Square, The Village and Craftsman's Valley near the Woodcarving Shop.

Are pets allowed at Dollywood?

Space is limited, and reservations are highly recommended. Please call 865-428-9826 during park operating hours. Without a reservation, all kennels at Doggywood will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. *Please note: Doggywood can only accommodate dogs.

Service animals for guests with disabilities are allowed inside Dollywood.

Does Dollywood offer rain checks on tickets?
If it is raining when you leave the park and your visit is shortened by the rain, you can request a rain check—just ask. Rain checks are distributed at the Season Pass Center and are valid until the end of the season. You must request the rain check on the day of your visit before leaving the park.

Why do my Dollywood E-Tickets only have one name listed on them?
The name on the E-Ticket is the primary ticket holder but the tickets are valid for all within your party.
